HR Consultant/Diversity & Inclusion Expert
Tye Taylor’s corporate experience includes over 25 years as an HR Leader at large and small companies including ESPN, Viacom and associated companies such as MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, etc. and Cablevision Systems Corporation/Altice. Tye has worked with clients as an independent contractor for the past seven years in entertainment, asset security, non-profit, insurance, and environmental engineering industries. He has an extensive background in all areas of HR including employee relations conducting workplace investigations at all employee/management levels, recruiting, training and development, compensation, benefits, and payroll. Although he is a phenomenal HR professional, he currently specializes in assisting organizations in establishing diverse and inclusive work environments through training in unconscious bias and inclusive leadership.
Tye holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix, a Mini-MBA in Finance from Rutgers, and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University. He has trained under the Les Brown Institute for Public Speakers, he is a certified trainer in Inclusive Leadership from GP Strategies, Certified train-the-trainer with DDI International, a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, a member of the National Black MBA Association, SHRM, and active in the community where he coaches young men throughout New Jersey in entrepreneurship.
Tye was an adjunct professor at the Institute of Audio Research where he taught the business of music and entertainment, and he is now on the adjunct staff at Kean University where he teaches online and in classroom courses in HR Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business Management.

Tye Taylor provides engaging and effective employment law training and specializes in providing training on Unconscious Bias/Diversity for HR Learning Center LLC throughout the United States. Tye also conducts workplace sexual harassment investigations and provides advice and counsel on employment law-related matters. Tye is focused on assisting our clients with support in improving diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
