HR Learning Center LLC, a human resource consulting firm, is a full-service workplace employment law training, human resource consulting and human resource training firm specializing in the areas of workplace employment law and sexual and unlawful harassment. We provide employers with Employment Law Training and HR Training on the nuts and bolts of federal and state employment discrimination workplace laws including laws regarding sexual and unlawful harassment. Our goal is to assist employers in complying with the various workplace employment discrimination laws by providing Employment Law Training, HR Training and Sexual Harassment Training. We offer a wide variety of services from on-site and on-line HR Training and Sexual Harassment Training sessions to drafting and review of all your employment policies and employee handbooks. We also have consultants available to conduct in-depth sexual harassment and other types of discriminatory harassment workplace investigations.
 
HR Learning Center LLC was founded by Melissa Fleischer, Esq., a management-side employment law attorney with over twenty (20) years experience. Ms. Fleischer has successfully represented numerous clients in employment discrimination litigation as well as providing preventive counseling and training on workplace issues. She is a frequent lecturer on a wide range of employment law topics including seminars and workshops on sexual harassment training, diversity training,FMLA/ADA training and workplace violence prevention training. She is nationally recognized as an expert in her field. Ms. Fleischer is also a Chapter Editor for the FMLA Treatise that has recently been published by BNA. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and adjunct faculty for the Professional Development Center of SUNY/Westchester Community College in Valhalla, New York. Ms. Fleischer earned a juris doctor degree from The National Law Center at the George Washington University and a bachelor of arts degree, cum laude, from New York University.
