Employment Law Training and HR Training Seminars
HR Learning Center offers both on-site and on-line Employment Law Training Seminars and HR Training Seminars including Sexual Harassment Training, Unlawful Harassment Training, FMLA Training, ADA Training, Workplace Violence Prevention Training, Labor Relations Training and Diversity Training. All of our Employment Law Training and HR Training Seminars are taught by experienced labor and employment law attorneys who have been providing these training courses to management, including human resource professionals, for many years. The on-site Employment Law Training and HR Training Seminars are taught at your location and are usually two hours long. The presentations include a power point presentation as well as a short (15 minute) video. The video contains several different vignettes to enable the attendees to have a better grasp of the material. The course also includes a short quiz that the attendees go over as a group with the presenter. Ample time for questions and answers are included. Handouts of the power point slides are distributed to the attendees. In addition, attendees receive Certificate of Attendance Forms and Training Attendance Forms. Some courses are approved for recertification general credits toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR through HRCI. A training course may be combined with a complete review and revision of your company’s sexual harassment policy and/or the initial drafting of a sexual harassment policy if your company does not already have such a policy.
