  1. What is a Webinar?

    Our webinars are live interactive audio conferences provided by experienced employment attorneys acting as HR Consultants. Most of the material is exactly the same as if we were providing the employment law seminar on-site at your company. The only difference is that you cannot see the presenter. However, you can see the power point training up on the screen and you can ask questions at any time during the presentation just as you would if the training were on-site at your location. Our HR employment law webinars are fun, interactive and engaging. You can have one of our webinars customized to your workplace to include your actual employment law policies.

  2. Can I get a Recorded Version of the Employment Law Webinar Also?

    Yes, you can get a recorded version as well. All you need to do is to select both live and recorded version when you are ordering your on-line webinar.

  3. Can We Order an Employment LawWebinar on a Date Other than the Date Listed on the Website?

    Yes you can. We can provide any of our audio conference webinars to you at a time and date that is more convenient for you. All you have to do is contact us by hitting the Request Proposal button or by e-mail at info@hrlearningcenter.com or by phone at 914-417-1715.

  4. Is a Webinar the same as an Audio Conference?

    Yes, a webinar is the same as an audio conference except that you can follow and view the power point presentation at the same time that you hear the audio over the telephone.

  5. Do you offer on-site HR Training as well?

    Yes, we offer both on-site HR Training as well as on-line HR Training Webinars. Please contact us at info@hrlearningcenter.com or by phone at 914-417-1715 to get our rate proposals for our on-site HR Training Seminars. You can purchase our on-line live HR Training Webinars on-line by going to the webinar page and clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

  6. Do you offer public HR Training in our location?

    We always offer on-site training at either your workplace or on-site at our offices in Rye, New York. We do not usually offer public on-site training at general locations such as hotels. If you are interested in a public training seminar, you could sign-up for one of our live on-line training webinars or travel to New York to our location for a private on-site training seminar.

  7. How many people can attend an employment law webinar?

    Our webinar prices go by computer connection/phone connection. Therefore, you can have more than one person listening to the webinar as long as you only have one computer connection. If you need additional computer connections, purchase them by adding people when you purchase additional seats at the live webinar.

  8. Do you have a toll-free number we can call?

  9. Do you offer Advice and Counsel on HR Issues?

    Yes, we do offer advice and counsel on HR Issues. You only pay for what you use and we bill you monthly for the hours you have used for that particular month. We are less expensive then calling your employment counsel for every question and we offer affordable hourly pricing.As experienced employment law attorneys, we are experts in our field and we know how to explain your legal requirements to ensure compliance in ways that are easy to understand and apply. In addition, we have over twenty-five years of experience with HR and employment law.

  10. Do you offer HR Webinars and HR Seminars in Spanish?

    Yes, we offer both HR Webinars and HR Seminars in Spanish. There is an additional cost to have the seminar or webinar presented in Spanish. It is important to provide your HR Training in Spanish for those employers who have some employees in their workforce whose native language is Spanish.   11. Are your webinars and seminars approved for recertification credits by HRCI?

    Yes, most of our on-line webinars and on-site seminars are approved for recertification credit by HRCI. This pre-approval is not an endorsement by HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be preapproved for recertification credit.
